Compact in size, inexpensive, light weight with low power consumption diode laser is housed in a plastic moulded case. Qualitatively used for ray optics demonstration and simple diffraction work as well as to indicate the points on overhead images and charts. Requires three button cells (not supplied) to project visible red spot with a sharply focused beam of wavelength 630-680nm with only 1mw power consumption.
